These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of zerocutlab.com and its tools (together, the "Service"), operated by ZeroCutLab ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The Service

ZeroCutLab provides free, browser-based tools — currently Audio Cutter, Audio Merger, Video Cutter, GIF Maker, and Image Cropper — that let you trim, merge, convert, and edit media files entirely on your own device. We don't require an account, and we don't receive or store the files you process.

Acceptable Use

You agree that you will only use the Service with files you own or otherwise have the legal right to process, and that you will not use the Service to:

• Process content that is illegal, infringing, or that you don't have the rights to use;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service beyond what's needed for normal use;
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the files you open in ZeroCutLab's tools. Since processing happens locally in your browser, we never receive, view, or store your files — we simply have no access to them.

Advertising

The Service may display advertising served by Google AdSense and other third-party ad networks to help cover the cost of running the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising cookies are used.

No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or that any particular conversion or export will succeed for every file.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZeroCutLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms, or modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
